Yuletide : Oloriegbe felicitates with Christian faithful, Harps on Adherence to COVID-19 Protocols

The Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Sen. Dr. Ibrahim Yahya Oloriegbe has charged Nigerians to ensure they abide strictly with the COVID-19 protocols as the Christian faithful celebrate this year's Christmas. 

Oloriegbe who is the Chairman Senate Committee on Health, in a goodwill message released to the public, congratulates people of his constituency on the occasion of the Christmas festival, advising them to imbibe the teachings and virtues of Jesus Christ whose birth was the reason for the celebration. 

"I congratulate fellow Nigerians especially the Christendom on the occasion of this year's Xmas celebration. Celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ is yearly but his teachings and virtues are worth more emulating and imbibing in our live routines."

"The life of Jesus Christ symbolized love, unity patience, and sacrifices. And our challenges are unarguably surmountable if we can take lessons from what he lived for. 

"While wishing us a blissful yuletide celebration, we should not forget that COVID-19 is still very much with us and we must therefore ensure strict adherence to the safety guides to flatten its curve."
