Muktar Tolani Shagaya has the gumption, what it takes, and he has earned our trust through service and loyalty to the people cause.

Great people of Asa and Ilorin West! We need to rise and give SHAGAYA an unequivocal charge: to springboard Our Constituency into a growth phase several leaps ahead, in a way to leave the launch platform of many decades, to stay the positive course.

We must not fail to give this indefatigable young man with such an audacious spirit, a creative instinct and a striking mission of a clear mandate to make the biggest difference possible to our collective trajectory of growth and development as a constituency.

We must enjoin ourselves to welcome a man whose vision is communicated through clear optimism and genuine passion. There is a lot packed into this one: SHAGAYA crafts a transformative vision and shares it with a sense of passion. He is ready to bring development to his constituents by helping them understand not just what to do, but why they are doing it and why it matters. Muktar Shagaya is here to mobilize his constituents to execute the vision and sustain momentum through constant reinforcement of that vision.
