APC Candidate Clears Air On Alleged Certificate Forgery And Date Of Birth Discrepancy

The All Progressive Congress candidate in the forthcoming Patigi State Constituency Bye Election scheduled to hold on March 14th 2020, Mr Ahmed Rufai Adam has finally clear the air on the alleged certificate forgery claiming that he didn't forge any certificate. He made the clarification when featured on a live Nupe program on Albarika FM today 22nd February 2020. Mr Rufai while explaining, emphasized that it is part of the unwholesome politics that was making round the online news which is absolutely untrue. He said he wrote NECO and WAEC respectively and categorically stated that he forged no certificate. He assured that if anyone feel doubtful of this, such person can have his exam registration number with *Dabe Yi Baza* (meaning "Come Let's Discuss") program anchor, purchase examination scratch card and verify same online.

Mr Rufai further explained that he was given birth to on 10th of November 1990 (and his Declaration of Age affirmed this) and not 1996 as shown on his WAEC result posted online. He assured the general public that he had already sworn a court Affidavit in this respect saying many can no doubt testify to this usual and common error on the part of issuing examination council, WAEC in regard to Date of Birth displayed on result.
