May Day: Sen. Oloriegbe Salutes Workers; Your Labor Will Not Be In Vain

The Chairman Senate committee on health, Sen. Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe has saluted the Nigerian workforce for their resilient and dedication towards the development and sustenance of the Nigerian economy with their productive service to the country.

This was contained in the goodwill message signed by the lawmaker on the occasion of the year 2020 worker's day celebration.

According to the senator who is representing Kwara Central senatorial district at the National Assembly,  "any nation that wishes to enjoy prosperity and productivity must ensure that her workforces do not suffer. "

While emphasising the significance of the May Day celebration, Oloriegbe said: "a day is not enough to celebrate the resourcefulness of our workers, this informs the reason why this day deserves all respects and encomiums we can give it."

Expressing further, "I want to assure the Nigerian workers that members of the 9th Senate are solidly behind them and we would ensure that their labours are not in vain through representation and legislation services we are going to offer throughout our legislative tenure.
