We are yet to implement minimum wage- Kwara Govt

Mal.Rafiu Ajakaye, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kwara State, has debunked the purported rumour that the state Govt has approved the payment of minimum wage in the State. 

According to the statement He issued on November 2, 2020. He said;

There is no truth to the report in a national daily that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has signed the minimum wage agreement for the state. The report is false and should be disregarded. 

Government and labour teams are working round the clock to iron out an agreement that is realistic and progressive for the state.
