Waste Management: Kwara Govt Sacks Contractors, Calls For Fresh Application

The kwara state Government in her bid to ensure that the wellbeing of people is not taking with levity says it has terminates the contract of the State Social Waste management.

A statement made by the Honourable Commissioner for Environment in kwara State, Mrs  Remilekun Oluwatobi Banigbe as obtained by our medium confirms this development.

The statement reads;

The Kwara State Government hereby announces the termination of the engagement of the State Social Waste Contractors, due to the inability to meet the relevant Service Level Agreements.

The wellbeing of the good people of Kwara remains paramount to His Excellency,  the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, hence we will be leaving no stone unturned to ensure a more  hygienic environment for all and sundry.

On this note, the Ministry of Environment hereby  invites Submission of Interest from the general public for the vacancies created.
