Troops Clear Notorious Bandit’s Camp, Recover 27 Bags Of Fertilizer, Others In Kaduna

The den of a notorious bandit, Lawal Kwalba, was combed by men of the Kaduna State Government on Thursday, in Rafin Dawa, in the Dende general area of Chikun Local Government.

Samuel Aruwan Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Kaduna State, in a statement, said troops recovered 27 bags of fertilizers, some batteries, one motorcycle and two mobile phones.



He said some bandits upon noticing their arrival, took to their heels, adding that the troops extended the search a short distance from the camp, and made some arrests

According to the statement, while the Kaduna State Government received the reports of onslaught of bandits with satisfaction, it praised the troops for their gallantly.
