FCE Omu-Aran Will Soon Become a Reality, Rep Ajuloopin Assures Constituents



Rep. Tunji Olawuyi, member, representing, Ekiti, Irepodun, Isin, and Oke-ero Federal Constituency of Kwara has assured his constituents that the establishment of the Federal College of Education, Omu-Aran will soon be a reality and dream come true.


Olawuyi said this while addressing the people of Irepodun Local Government Area at a Town Hall Meeting tagged "Ajulo Meets Constituents" on Friday in Omu-Aran.


The Town Hall Meeting is a platform designed as an interactive session where members of the constituents irrespective of their political affiliation meet the representative to answer questions bothering the minds of the people.


The event witnessed by 9japarrot Media correspondent noted that the Federal Lawmaker reveal that he's doing every possible towards the actualization of the proposed Federal College of Education Omu-Aran as the passage of the bill is almost reaching the concluding stage.

There are limitations to what I can do as a lawmaker because I do not have the executive to make things happen but I have the zeal and capacity to keep pushing for what would be best for my Constituency, He said.

He said no wards across the 42 wards in the constituency has not felt the impacts of his physical projects. He thanked the constituents for their unwavering support while assuring them of improvement in lacking areas.

While reeling out his achievements, the chants of Ajuloopin deserve another term rented the air as the people of the constituents keep showering encomiums on his sagacity and style of leadership over the three and half years spent in the National Assembly.

The lawmaker admonished the people of the constituent to imbibe the spirit of patience saying he's certainly aware of the grievance in some quarters, while also adding that he will meet up all demands as long as resources permits.


Among the people who attended the town hall meeting include:

Traditional Rulers, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Council of Imams, party stalwarts.

Others include Youths, Market Women, Motorcycle riders, the Patients Medicine Association, the National Union of Road Transport Workers, National Union of Local Government Employees, among others.
