EPL Returns As Tottenham, Brentford Draw 2-2

An entertaining game between Tottenham and Brentford in the English Premier League has ended in a 2-2 draw.

 

This is as EPL officially returned on Monday with the opening match played at the Gtech Community Stadium.

 

Brentford opened the game with Vitaly Janelt scoring the first goal of the match in the 15th minute and forward, Ivan Toney doubling the scoreline in the 54th minute.

 

Refusing to go down without a fight, Tottenham’s Harry Kane fought back with a goal in the 65th minute and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg found the back of the net in the 71st minute, levelling the scoreline.
