Kwara Assembly Candidate Supports Hundreds Of Widows With Cash Gift, Food Stuff In Ilorin South

The All Progressives Congress (APC),Kwara State House of Assembly Candidate for Ilorin South Constituency, Hajia Maryam Aladi on Tuesday distributed food stuff and cash gift to 600 widows.

The event covered live by 9japarrot Media witnessed teeming supporters, political bigwigs and candidates, lovers and well wishers of the All Progressive Congress Party.

Hajia Maryam Aladi while distributing the items at Aladi Campaign Office, Opposite Federal Secretariat, Fate Ilorin, said beneficiaries were drawn from 11 wards in ILORIN South local government.

Hajia Maryam Aladi presenting food items to one of the beneficiarie noted that widows need support of everybody in order to survive and take care of their children.

The APC House of Assembly Candidate promised to provide more support for the vulnerable people in the society, when elected as a lawmaker come 2023. 

The event also witnessed the donation of campaign posters by She4she Africa Initiative to support the aspirations of Hajia Maryam Yusuf ahead of the 2023 and Award of Excellence
