The All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate for Kwara Central, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has promised to facilitate sustainable empowerment programs and provide support for traders, when elected come February 25, 2023.
Mallam Saliu Mustapha disclosed this on Wednesday while addressing APC members and supporters at Magaji Ngeri ward in Ilorin West local government area.
The APC Senatorial Candidate while acknowledging the immeasurable role of women towards keeping the home front, political participation and nation building, said they will benefit from his legislative activities and empowerment programmes to improve their well being.
He therefore charged them to vote and mobilize support for all APC candidates during the forthcoming general elections.
Mustapha noted that Governor AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq has done well by raising the bar for women inclusion in governance and political participation.
According to him, we have four women as House of Assembly candidates in Kwara Central Senatorial district. We will continue to provide support for women, youth, aged and other strata of the society, when elected as Senator.
