The Candidate of the ruling, All Progressive Congress (APC), Mall Saliu Mustapha has won the Kwara Central Senatorial election.

This is an official confirmation of the authenticity of the Kwara Central Senatorial candidates opinion poll conducted by our medium few months ago.

Recall, our brand 9japarrot Digital Media and Communications late last year did an opinion online poll for the residents of Kwara Central Senatorial district to get insights from them on who they will prefer to represent them at the Senate.

The opinion poll recorded high turn out of participants where over 70% choosed Mal. Saliu Mustapha as the preferred candidate ahead the February, 25th 2023 election.

This has become a reality as Turaki defeated all his other contenders to clinch the Senatorial seat.

According to the results announced by INEC, Mustapha polled 109823 votes while his major opponent from PDP, Bolaji Abdullahi got 69202 votes.
