Youth Devt: Kwara Govt Partner Optimistic Farms and Agro Consult To Create Job Opportunities

The Kwara State Government through the office of the Special Assistant on Drug Abuse has partnered a leading agricultural experts firm in Kwara State, Optimistic Farms and Agro Consult to create opportunities for young people in the state.

The partnership is centered on how the firm can use Agriculture to address drug abuse among Kwara youths.

According to a statement obtained by 9japarrot media, the Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor on Drug Abuse; Honourable Mikhail has shown great dedication in using agriculture to curtail the misuse of drugs in the State.

The firm highlighted different ways that agriculture can be use as a tool to control drug abuse.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Optimistic Farms and Agro Consult, Mr. Afolayan Samuel, the firm intends to create

Employment Opportunities: By promoting agriculture, more job opportunities can be created for young people. Engaging in agricultural activities can provide them with a sense of purpose, financial stability, and a productive way to utilize their time and energy, reducing the likelihood of turning to drugs.
