JUST IN: Again, Gunmen Invade Varsity, Abduct Students In Kaduna

Again, Gunmen have abducted several students of Green Field University along the Kaduna-Abuka Highway in Chikun Local Government Area.


The University which is the first private university in the state, was established about three years ago.


The attack was reportedly said to have occurred on Tuesday night.


Kaduna Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the incident.

According to report, the gunmen stormed the university and started shooting sporadically before whisking some of the students away to an unknown destination.

As at the time of gathering this report, there has not being any update yet from the kidnappers.
