We'll Rescue Kwara South From Bad Leadersip, Says SDP Candidate, Prof Wale Sulaiman CON

••As over 600 people benefits from PWS Free medical outreach in Isin Local Government Area

The Kwara South SDP Senatorial Candidate, Prof Wale Sulaiman CON has said that the party will rescue Kwara South Senatorial district from the shackles of bad leaders.

Prof Wale Sulaiman CON made this disclosure on Saturday 4th February 2023 during his surprise visit to Owu-Isin in Isin Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The leading contender for the Kwara South Senate seat who was in the company of the SDP Candidate for Ekiti/Isin/Oke-Ero/Irepodun Federal Constituency, Hon Otunba Ganiyu Zubair, SDP candidate for Isin Constituency, Hon. Femi Michael and other party stalwarts were in Owu-Isin to address some beneficiaries of the free medical outreach and intervention organized by Prof Wale Sulaiman CON in partnership with the Shekinah Foundation.

The outreach which covers the distribution of free drugs, eyeglasses, and medical check-ups among others worth millions of naira witnessed a high number of beneficiaries as the people of Owu-Isin turn out en masse to benefit from the kind gestures.

The event which received commendations from beneficiaries and community people is a community-driven initiative launched to alleviate Kwara South people from a poor healthcare system.

According to a beneficiary, the Intervention is a great one that she has never witnessed in her life before. I pray this kind of medical intervention will continue forever, she added.

Addressing the crowd of people, Prof Wale Sulaiman CON who is also a renowned world-class neurosurgeon Professor reiterates that the outreach has no political coloration or undertone. 

"This intervention has been in place ever since before now and this is our little way of giving back to the common within the society"

Prof Wale added that the intervention is a clear indication that he and the party have everything in place to rescue the senatorial district from poor Leadership which the region has been experiencing over decades while reiterating that he has the political will, and connections both locally and internationally to facilitate growth, sustainable developments and improve health care to the people if elected as Senator.

 In his part, Otunba Ganiyu Zubair said the medical outreach and intervention organized by Prof Wale Sulaiman CON is indeed one of the most notable community services Kwara Southerners have ever witnessed while assuring the people of Isin that one of the party's visions is to effectively discharge various functions that will bring about sustainable growth and inclusive governance.

Hon. Femi Michael in his reactions said; "the people of Isin are gallant with all SDP candidates without any fear or favor"

He thanked the Kwara South SDP Senatorial Candidate for extending the free medical outreach and intervention to Isin as over 600 people have benefited from various kinds of treatments and medications.

"With your unique initiatives here and there, our people do not need a soothsayer to tell them that you are our savior and we'll replicate the kind gestures back on election day" He added.
